Terms of Service
1. Agreement & Acceptance
By installing, enabling, or using Sprint PDF Report (the "App") from the Atlassian Marketplace, the entity or person doing so ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is between the Customer and Emkay Labs ("Vendor").
If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. License Grant
Subject to these Terms and active subscription status, Emkay Labs grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the App solely within Customer's authorized Atlassian Cloud instance(s), for the Customer's internal business purposes.
This license does not permit: reselling, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or creating derivative works of the App or any part thereof.
3. Atlassian Marketplace Billing
All subscription fees, tier-based pricing, trial periods, upgrades, downgrades, and payment processing are handled exclusively by Atlassian Marketplace in accordance with Atlassian's Customer Agreement and Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Service. Emkay Labs does not collect payment information directly.
Subscription pricing is based on the number of Jira users in your organization's cloud instance, as reported by Atlassian Marketplace billing services.
4. Acceptable Use
The Customer agrees to use the App only for lawful business purposes. The Customer shall not:
- Use the App in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or compromise the App's security or access controls
- Use the App to generate content that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App — including its source code, design, logic, and associated documentation — remain exclusively with Emkay Labs. These Terms do not grant Customer any intellectual property rights except the limited license described above.
6. Data & Privacy
Sprint PDF Report does not collect, store, or transmit Customer data to external servers. All PDF generation occurs ephemerally within Atlassian's Forge cloud runtime. For detailed information, please review the Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability & SLA
Emkay Labs targets 99.9% application availability. However, service uptime is inherently dependent on Atlassian Forge platform operations, over which Emkay Labs has no direct control. Atlassian's own Service Level Agreements govern platform availability.
8. Warranties & Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emkay Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emkay Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the App.
10. Modifications to Terms
Emkay Labs may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App after any such revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.
