1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Emkay Labs ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the use of the Sprint PDF Report application ("App") available on the Atlassian Marketplace.

By installing the App, your organization acknowledges and agrees to the data handling practices described in this document.

2. Architecture — How Data Is Processed

Sprint PDF Report is a Forge Cloud application. When a user generates a PDF report, the following occurs:

• The Jira Cloud API provides your sprint and issue data to the Forge runtime environment, strictly within Atlassian's managed infrastructure.
• The Forge function processes this data ephemerally — entirely in-memory — to generate the PDF binary.
• The resulting PDF is returned directly to the user or attached to the target Jira issue via Atlassian's native API.
• No sprint data, issue content, or user information is transmitted to or stored on any Emkay Labs server, database, or external service.

3. Information We Collect

Emkay Labs collects no operational data from your Jira Cloud instance. Specifically, we do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Jira issue summaries, descriptions, or comments
• Sprint names, project names, or board configurations
• Jira user accounts, emails, or display names
• Story point values or worklog entries
• Financial rates or cost configurations entered in the app

Subscription status, user tier counts, and billing details are managed exclusively by Atlassian Marketplace billing services, which operate under Atlassian's own privacy policy.

4. Cookies & Tracking

This website (sprintpdf.emkaylabs.tech) and the Jira Cloud app do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, third-party analytics platforms, or session recording tools. No behavioral or usage data is collected from visitors or app users.

5. GDPR & International Compliance

Because Sprint PDF Report does not transfer or store Personal Data outside your organization's Atlassian Cloud tenant boundary, compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar international data protection frameworks is architecturally guaranteed by Atlassian's Forge runtime environment.

6. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with or transmit data to any third-party services, APIs, or platforms outside of Atlassian's own cloud infrastructure. PDF binary generation relies solely on libraries executing within the Forge sandbox.

7. Data Retention

Since no data is stored by Emkay Labs, there is no data retention period. PDF files generated by the App are stored exclusively within your Jira Cloud instance's native attachment storage, which is governed by Atlassian's retention and deletion policies.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
